By using Webora services, you agree to the following terms regarding project scope, communication, payments, timelines, and digital deliverables.
Welcome to Webora Ai Marketing Agency. By accessing our website at webora.net.in and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We provide digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Content Creation, Email Marketing, and Website Design. The exact scope of work for each client will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant timely access to required accounts and assets, and review/approve content within agreed timelines.
A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins. Once the advance is received, in a second Agreement will be signed by both parties confirming the remaining scope of work, deliverables, and timeline. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7–10 days after project completion or as per the milestone defined in the Agreement. We reserve the right to pause or stop work if the remaining payment is not received within the agreed time. Please note that all fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing, and a late fee may apply on any overdue amounts beyond the 7–10 day payment window.
While we follow best industry practices, Webora does not guarantee specific search rankings, leads, sales, or return on investment. Results depend on factors beyond our control including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competition. We commit to transparency and regular reporting, but not guaranteed outcomes.
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your property. We retain rights to our internal tools, templates, and processes. Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential during and for 2 years after the engagement. You grant us permission to reference your brand name and results in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our services involve platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with or responsible for these platforms. They may change policies, algorithms, or pricing at any time without notice. Ad spend on third-party platforms is separate from our service fees and managed per your agreed budget.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date, and client assets will be returned within 7 business days. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, platform-related issues, or events beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use
of our services means acceptance of the revised terms.
