Webora follows a transparent service-based refund policy.
At Webora, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves time, strategy, research, and human effort — all payments made to us are generally non-refundable. By making a payment and signing our Service Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
The 50% advance payment collected before the start of any project is strictly non-refundable. This amount covers initial planning, research, strategy building, resource allocation, and onboarding. Once work has begun, this cost cannot be recovered regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The remaining 50% payment, due within 7–10 days after project completion, is also non-refundable once the final deliverables have been handed over and approved by the client. If the client requests changes after approval, those will be treated as a new scope of work and billed separately.
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. A partial or full refund may be considered only in the following cases:
i. We fail to deliver the agreed services within the defined timeline due to our own fault
ii. A duplicate payment has been made by the client by mistake
iii. The project was cancelled by us before any work was started
iv. A written mutual agreement exists between both parties stating a refund condition
If in such cases, the client must raise a refund request within 7 days of the issue. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
i. Client changes their mind after work has started
ii. Client is unhappy with results due to factors outside our control (algorithm changes, market conditions, competition)
iii. Client fails to provide required information, access, or approvals on time, causing delays
iv. Client breaches the Service Agreement or these Terms
v. Dissatisfaction with a service that was delivered as per the agreed scope
Any amount spent on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid platform is completely non-refundable. These amounts are paid directly to those platforms and are outside our control. We are not responsible for any ad spend that does not yield the expected results.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on Section 4, please follow these steps:
i. Send a written refund request to info@webora.net.in
ii. Include your name, project details, payment reference, and reason for the request
iii. We will review your request within 7 business days
iv. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method
